This film is the search for answers to the questions the boy asked 30 years ago at the psychiatric institution in Pittem. He knows why Grandma was in the castle. His grandmother was an alcoholic and went from institution to institution in the hope of curing her illness. But the most difficult question is: why? What drives someone, with so much love around them, to drink everything to pieces?
